Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING POLICY 

PEAK Supplements orders are charged a flat rate of $11 per order for delivery anywhere in Australia. We also have an express option, which is $13 Australia-wide. When all requested products are in stock, our estimated regular delivery time is 3–5 days (7 for WA). Express shipping is 1-3 days throughout Australia*.

*NOTE: Express shipping does not guarantee overnight delivery. It only means that at the first available opportunity, your item will be sent express.

Where possible, we will attempt to confirm when each order is shipped. If there will be any delay expected, we will let you know asap. Otherwise goods will be generally be shipped on the next business day. If you would like to be provided with a parcel tracking id for Australia Post, and have not received one, please let us know.

International Shipping

Peak Supplements currently ship goods to all countries outside Australia for a flat fee of $33. Please make sure the international option is selected at checkout. A tracking id will be provided, on request.

 

RETURNS POLICY

PEAK Supplements will refund the purchase price plus the return shipping cost of any item that was either not the product that you ordered, was damaged in transit or is unsuitable for sale. We require our customers to ship the items back to us via Australia Post.  We will reimburse this expense if the item is deemed to be different from your order, damaged or unsuitable for sale. On some occasions, we may need to substitute products/ brands for a similar product, depending on supply. We will endeavor to notify our Customers ahead of time, if this is the case.

All claims for replacement must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your goods via email only.

PEAK Supplements will exchange item/s if they are still sealed in their original packaging and undamaged. However, we will not pay shipping costs, and we will require customers to pay our shipping costs for the exchange. These costs will be arranged at the time of exchange. We must receive the item/s before we ship the new item/s.
